Angelo Mini-Incision Hip Replacement

Angelo has had both hips replaced with the surgery performed by Dr. Alan Nasar of AOSMI at The Total Joint Center of New Jersey. Below Angelo describes his experience with his right hip replacement surgery that he had done first. He talks about his rapid recovery, lack of pain, and considerations in discharge to home vs. inpatient.

After recovering from his first surgery, Angelo found he was moving better but eventually his left hip started giving him some trouble. Since he had such wonderful results from his first surgery with Dr. Nasar, Angelo decided to return and have his left hip replaced. Frank – Patellofemoral Joint Replacement in Knee

Frank is a 65 year old male surgery patient who had a partial replacement of the patellofemoral joint in his right knee. The surgery was done by Dr. Alan Nasar. This video was taken 2 1/2 months after the surgery and Frank has excellent range of motion and function. He is pleased with the results of the surgery and participated as an outpatient of Advanced Physical Therapy of Freehold, a division of AOSMI.
