In the spirit of collaboration and in recognition of a singular talent, Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute is proud to welcome Dr. Jessica Arias Garau, MD, to the practice. A double board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Arias specializes in performing spinal and peripheral nerve injections. Among these procedures are epidural, facet, temporomandibular and other fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, as well as radiofrequency ablations, sympathetic blocks, and spinal cord stimulation.
Dr. Arias shares her experience through regular articles as well as clinical instruction: she has given educational lectures to residents and fellows at Temple University Mid-Atlantic Spine and Pain Program. Committed to minimizing pain and restoring function to provide a better quality of life for her patients, Dr. Arias brings a new perspective and a history of success to our practice at AOSMI.
