Certified Hand Therapist
Leah Rubino is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with over twenty years of experience treating elbow, wrist, and hand conditions. She provides both conservative management and post-operative rehabilitation, treating all conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow, including fractures, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, arthritis, Dupuytren’s, trigger finger, and nerve injury. 

Leah specializes in custom splinting (orthosis) and the fabrication of static and dynamic splints through the on-site Splinting Lab, supporting recovery and functional improvement.

She also treats all stages of lymphedema in both the upper and lower extremities. As a certified lymphedema therapist, she works closely with patients to address swelling and circulation challenges with expert clinical care and promoting independence in home management.

In addition to her clinical work, Leah has taught as an Adjunct Professor and as Clinical Instructor, contributing to the education and training of future occupational therapists. She speaks Spanish offering best practice and safety training. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, knitting and crocheting, Tai Chi and has a passion for Latin dance, especially Bachata.

Leah practices in our Freehold location on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
