Penny DeLeone

penny-banzonIn 2009, Penny had her first visit with Dr. Manuel Banzon.  She had been “crippled” for 10 years unable to go on trips, shopping at the mall or even walking.  Diagnosed with osteoarthritis, Dr. Banzon recommended bilateral (both knees) knee replacements.  3 months later Penny had the second knee done and again recovered quickly.   “I have a better quality of life.  I can do things I didn’t even realize I was missing!”

“I credit Dr. Banzon with my ability to walk again and enjoy my life.  He was patient and provided me with all the information I needed, he even straightened my bow-legged legs!”

testimonial-bobjDr. Greller,

I write this letter in appreciation for all that you have done for me. When I fell in the bike marathon and severely injured my knee, I was helpless. I couldn’t stand or walk. Your superb surgical skills amazingly corrected my knee and now I can walk and bike effortlessly.

You have also managed to bring to your practice a truly excellent staff of professional therapists (Lauren, et. al.) who really “know their stuff”. I give you credit for assembling this group.

I also recall the times you personally came into the therapy area to check on my progress and encourage me to heal. I’m not sure every orthopedist would have taken such a personal interest in his patient.

Thank you, again. I would (and will be) glad to recommend your practice to all. It has been a real pleasure knowing you.

Sincerely,
Bob J.

Brad

testimonial-BradDear Dr. Goldberger,

I would like to thank you for all you did for Brad. Specifically, your caring and compassion to his plight and the extraordinary work you did in the operating room, which resulted in his leg healing and being in optimal condition.

Brad injured his leg on August 20, 2008, and was operated on by you on September 3. Brad suffered a fracture of the femur and a torn ligament. The operation proved to be a little more difficult than expected but you felt confident that what was done would hold and that he would at some point be able to resume normal activities. I think Brad’s first question in the recovery room was when would he be able to wrestle. Your first inclination was that it would not be until winter 2010.

On January 27, 2009, you cleared Brad to normal activities. There were three regular matches left in the wrestling season. Brad lost the first match and won the last two. On Sunday, February 8, 2009, Brad competed in a school-wrestling tournament, which was the final event for the 2009 wrestling season. He was seeded fifth, as he did not have much of a record to use when seeding was determined. However, Brad wrestled five matches, pinning each of his opponents and came in first. As he received his medal I thought of you, and all that you did for him. Your outstanding work brought him back to the sport he loves. Attached is a picture of Brad on the podium.

Sincerely,
Brad’s Family

testimonial-davidBDr. Goldberger,

This email is being sent to let you know what a pleasant experience I had undergoing physical therapy in your group.

After being diagnosed by Dr. Goldberger for a bone contusion in my knee area, I started physical therapy with Pat Buck and Charles Archbald. They were both very helpful and patient with all the exercises they had me perform.

After 6 weeks of sessions, 3 times a week, I made enough progress to be able to “graduate” to home exercises. I could not have done this without all their help and guidance. Even the assistants (Hailey, in particular) were extremely friendly and made you feel at ease.

Please pass this note along to everyone so that they can see how appreciative I am of their terrific work. I hope I never have to have any more physical therapy, but if I do need any in the future, I will make sure it is done by your wonderful staff.

Mike F

thank-you-bazon-4-21-10Dr. Banzon,

Almost 19 years ago a scared young couple came into your office in Freehold with a problem. Their daughter had been born with a deformity of her lower legs that caused them to bow inward badly. That couple was me and my wife Colleen. We didn’t know what to expect and were terrified that she’d have a lifetime of discomfort or difficulty because of this condition.

Well, by the time she was 6 months old her legs were straight and you said she was fine and in fact she hasn’t had a problem since.

In fact she’s better than fine. I wanted to let you know that Erin is currently attending Georgian Court University in Lakewood NJ on a partial track scholarship. While in high school at Point Boro she broke several individual and relay school records and was one of the top 100m, 400m and 800m high school runners in Ocean County last year. There’s no way any of this would have been possible without your knowledge and expertise.

Thank you very much for helping our daughter,

Mike F.
