He specializes in advanced minimally invasive techniques for shoulder, knee, and ankle arthroscopy, including ACL, rotator cuff, meniscus surgeries, and knee replacements. Dr. Greller is at the forefront of orthopedic technology, having been among the first in New Jersey to perform computer-assisted joint replacements. Dr. Greller is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through the latest innovations, such as biological scaffolds for rotator cuff and ACL repair, including the groundbreaking BEAR ACL implant, which he introduced in Monmouth County. Richard has a history of severe shoulder pain. He was treated by Dr. Greller with a shoulder resurfacing procedure. This procedure is less invasive than shoulder replacement and achieved an excellent result with restoration of function for Richard.
Narcissa has an extensive history with regards to hip problems treated by Drs. Greller and Nasar. She had a successful treatment for avascular necrosis of the hip and a few years later had a hip arthroscopy for relief of hip impingement. With her warm and welcoming smile you might not sense the competitive spirit of 16 year old Jamie Casella. In May of 2011, this soccer player collided with the opposition, fell to the ground and could not get up. Jamie met Dr. Michael Greller, in the ER, who diagnosed her with a torn ACL.
